These Terms and Conditions govern your use of badasskitties.com and purchases made from Bad-Ass Kitties.
Bad-Ass Kitties is operated by Kitties and Babies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You represent that the information you provide during checkout is truthful, current and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Products
Bad-Ass Kitties sells made-to-order apparel, accessories and other merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, artwork and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, garment materials, production methods and lighting.
Minor variations in printing, embroidery, stitching, color, texture or placement that are normal to the production method are not considered defects.
Please review product descriptions and size information carefully before ordering.
4. Prices, Payments and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you submit the order.
Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment-processing partners. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order. An order may be canceled if payment is declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized.
5. Order Acceptance
An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of:
- Payment or fraud concerns
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product or material unavailability
- Shipping restrictions
- Suspected misuse of the website
- A legal or regulatory requirement
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
6. Made-to-Order Production
Our products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Orders may be submitted for production quickly, sometimes within one hour. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.
We will attempt to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by production volume, weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity or refund required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.
Ownership and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery records.
8. International Orders
Products available for international delivery and applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other government charges unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.
International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or local delivery services.
9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or a change of mind.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products must be reported within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographic evidence.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund. Do not mail a product to an address shown on its shipping label or to a manufacturer without receiving instructions from us.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates and product restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discounts cannot be combined
- Discounts have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed
- Discounts may be modified or withdrawn before use
- Suspected misuse may result in cancellation
11. Intellectual Property
The Bad-Ass Kitties name, logos, characters, artwork, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, website content and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Kitties and Babies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property displayed on that product.
12. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you represent that:
- You created it or have permission to submit it
- It is accurate and relates to your genuine experience
- It does not violate another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful, obscene or defamatory
You grant Kitties and Babies LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting Bad-Ass Kitties.
We may remove customer content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or disruptive technology
